Greenville, SC (December 6, 2023) – An invigorated Greenville County Republican Party membership enjoyed a tremendous turnout at its annual Christmas Celebration and silent auction. Close to 300 people attended the 2023 event, held at Aurora Farms in Taylors. “Partygoers bid on 60+ donated items in what turned out to be a spirited fundraiser,” said Events Chair Terri Wicker. Several members brought guests, all of whom enjoyed live music, food, drink and camaraderie. “It’s been a very successful year,” said Chair Yvonne Julian, reflecting on party wins in the Greenville and Simpsonville races, as well as and doubling the voter turnout. “Our members have worked hard advocating, door knocking, campaigning and networking,” she continued, “and we have the Presidential primary coming up in February. So it’s important to pause and celebrate our many blessings, and the fun of working together for the greater good.”
