“Primaries are where the real decisions are made about who will represent our conservative values in the general election,” said Greenville County Republican Party Chairman, Jeff Davis.
“In a conservative stronghold like Greenville, the primary winner is almost always the general election winner,” says Davis. “Yet, with typical primary turnout in South Carolina hovering around 15%, your individual vote carries massive weight. Every Republican who shows up has a disproportionate impact on electing our government officials”.
The Greenville County Republican Party strongly encourages all citizens to mark their calendars, confirm their voter registration, and plan to vote early or on June 9th. For those who have recently moved to the area, please be aware that South Carolina law requires you to register at least 30 days prior to the election to be eligible to vote.
