Greenville, SC / September 26, 2024 — South Carolina’s Greenville County Republican Party (GCRP) says voters are being misled by the upcoming vote for more taxes, and should vote a resounding NO. The ballot item, called ‘Capital Project’ Sales Tax Referendum was put on the November ballots by Greenville County Council members, including several councilmen who were since voted out of office in the June Republican primary.
